A New Addition to the Factory: The Hundegger Turbo Drive.

We are excited to share an exciting addition to our factory!
 
Since moving to our new purpose-built factory and offices premise in 2019, we have strived to maximise our potential and efficiency. The high capacity Hundegger saw is our latest improvement in our ever-developing Truss and Joist production process.
 
We proud to say this latest addition has increased our output capabilities significantly.
 
The TURBO-Drive’s 5-axis saw unit allows for cuts at any angle and inclination using its 5-axis saw unit which can be pivoted 360°.
 
The dust extraction system within the Hundegger will also maintain a high air quality in our factory, dust is extracted through the saw’s chamber and straight into our extraction system – we are committed to creating a comfortable and safe environment for all our employees.
 
We are incredibly impressed with our new addition; our manufacturing time has increased significantly and this in turn has maximised our production capabilities!
 
In addition to our exciting news, we are preparing to take delivery and install a new metal web joist press – on top of what we have currently operating. This will finalise the machinery investment into our factory and meet ever increasing demand for metal web engineered joists.
