Not only are they quick to fit, accurate and rigid, they provides ample space for all services and for modern insulation requirements. We can also provide dormer trusses and trussed rafters for arched roofs or unconventional shapes. We have extensive experience of supplying metal web joists for flat roofs and where they are used in place of rafters for pitched roofs, allowing long uninterrupted spans to be constructed.

We can supply spandrel panels whether supported on timber framed party walls, masonry party walls or alternative support systems. We can also supply timber party walls. We can assist with design including ensuring adherence to Building Regulations including Part B – Fire Safety.

Using our own facilities keeps timber transport to a minimum, enables us to ensure the highest standards of quality control and can speed delivery when necessary. We are sticklers for detail, so don't forget to ask us about sawn-end treatment for site-cut timbers. We use the Protim E406® vacuum pressure treatment system, a proven treatment for internal and external timbers used above ground. Protim® Clearchoice pressure treated wood is suitable for roof timbers, timber framing, internal and and external timber construction that are above dpc/ground level (Hazard Class 1 – 2).
